Little wonder that, he could enthrall and entertain audiences with his style of skills in many languages covering, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Odiya, English etc., He was the leading hero in more than 150 movies. Received wide appreciation for his role as Lord Venkateswara in the Telugu Movie Annamayya. He had the special privilege of watching this movie along with the former President. Late. Shri. Shankar Dayal Sharma and Chiefs of Army, Navy and Airforce.
Apart from being associated with the Film industry, he had embraced Martial Arts as his passion right from his School days. He made rapid Progression and received Blackbelt 7th Dan in Karate.
His interest and passion in the field of Martial Arts had made him to gain wide acceptance and respect as a Trusted Advisor by many Martial Arts Professionals across the Country. No wonder, today he is associated and is involved in almost all the events of Martial Arts that are conducted in different parts of the country. He was the Actor who brought Karate into the Film industry and became popular by acting in many movies which had Karate as the main theme.
A highly committed, inspiring and honest Person that he is, he brings in tremendous amount of energy and strength by his sheer presence in the meetings. Nihon Shotokan is glad to have Shri. The Force behind the formation of the “Nihon Shotokan Sports Karate Organisation India” is Shihan V.Ravinder Kumar, a highly committed and versatile Sports Person who carries a highly successful and commendable experience in the field of Karate. A “Born Sports Person” that he is, V.Ravinder Kumar has been active in all kinds of Sports from his School days. This passion has driven him to embrace the field of Martial Arts both as a Sport and Career.
Backed by his strong Will Power, Commitment and determination he has made rapid progress in the filed by winning many coveted Medals and Tournaments.
His passion and zeal for the Karate has been demonstrated many a times and at many locations, through his incredible Performances in all the facets of Karate-Do. His Progression in the field has been aptly rewarded by the KBI International’s Founder who has awarded him the higher belts in the Karate. He maintained impeccable record of success through consistent Progression to higher Grade Belts. Apart from confining himself just Instructor, he made conscious and concerted efforts in improving his knowledge in the field and gained high levels of admiration and recognition as a Top-Grade Instructor and Referee both at the National and International. He is now an Internationally recognized Karate Instructor and has been conferred Licentiate International Referee. He is a certified 7 th Dan Black Belt certified by WUKO & WKF International.
There is no exaggeration in claiming that, he is one of the most respected and admired Black belt Instructor and Chief Referee and is regularly invited by many Organizations and Karate Instructors to guide them in conducting their Technical Seminars, Referee Clinics, Tournaments and also certify their black belts. After being aligned with KBI International for more than three and half decades, he has taken a conscious decision to seek the affiliation with Shotokon International, which is one of the World’s oldest and leading Karate style. This was the genesis of the formation of “Nihon Shotokan Sports Karate Organisation India”. His new organisation received instant appreciation, recognition and acceptance from wide sections of the Martial Arts Professionals. This clearly demonstrates the respect and admiration that he commands in the field. Backed by his vision, Passion and Commitment, Nihon Shotokan Sports Karate Organisation India is surging ahead as a force to reckon with in the Martial Arts field. He is well supported by skilled and experienced pool of Black belts.
As part of his Karate Profession, he had great opportunity to visit many Countries and participate in many International level seminars tournaments. In this process he has gained commendable knowledge in the field. He is now making conscious and constructive efforts in extending this Knowledge in Karate to many discerning Instructors through many State Level Affiliations. Currently, he has close to 60 Senior Karate Instructors in 14 States who have gained affiliations
with his Nihon Shotokan Sports Karate . In all there are close to 9000 students spread across these 14 states who are being trained in Karate. Also, he is involved in conducting many National and International level Karate Tournaments in which, he not only provides guidance in he conduct of the Tournament, but also handles the responsibility of Chief Referee. Under his dynamic Leadership, Nihon Shotokan Karate is all set to expand its network in different districts and states.

N. Vijay Ram is an Electronics and Management Professional with more than Two decades of Business Development experience in the Information Technology, Engineering and related Fields. He has been associated with the field of Martial Arts for more than Three decades both as a Practicing Professional, and also as an Advisor providing Communication support to Nihon Shotokan Sports Karate Organisation. He has been associated with V. Ravinder Kumar both as a Martial Arts Professional, and also as a Personal Friend for more than Four decades.
Apart from developing keen interest in the field of Martial Arts, he also, was a well known Cricket player in the local circles having represented the School, College and league teams. He continues to play Cricket in the local 20-20 Tournaments.
He was awarded Brown Belt by the KBI International under the guidance of V. Ravinder Kumar who at that point of time was associated with KBI International. His passion in the field continued in the form of Advisor and is currently part of Nihon’s Executive Team providing the overall Communication support.
Currently, he manages his own Business with interests in the Information Technology and Engineering. A fitness freak that he is, he follows a regular and rigorous exercise routine to keep himself fit. His ambition is to receive Blackbelt certification in the Shotokan Style and continue his association with the field of Martial arts and Nihon Shotokan.
